Yeah, I think boxers have a higher chance of winning in MMA, because they have a set of weapon that works really well in MMA. But they'd mostly lose miserably in a top guy vs top guy type of situation. Nothing really ground breaking in that opinion. Boxing rules favor guys good at boxing while MMA rules favors guys with more generalized training.
The stance of boxing would be exposed maybe a lomachenko who is an accredited wrestler would be fun. But like coked out Conor said he asked for them to actually fight in an MMA fight.

Fury shouldn't be undefeated btw. John McDermot beat him in 2009 and Wilder has a case for round 12 KO in their first fight. Boxing is corrupt from the core and builds fake heros. While Fury was fighting Pianeta, Seferi, Wallin, Schwarz of all people, Whyte and fooking del boy Chisora, Ngannou has only fought the best of the best in the UFC. ufc always has real proven champs, in boxing often times the best man in the weight class isn't the title holder, because holding the title is about politics.
Yeah MMA is a sport and Boxing is a business. In MMA it's all about challenging yourself and beating everyone you can and in boxing it's all about taking the easiest route and over hyping it up with marketting to make yourself look better than you are.

Tonight was a perfect example of the sport of MMA vs the business of boxing. Boxing marketing makes it look like MMA guys have no chance then one of the best current MMA heavies who supposedly has no chance goes ahead and challenges himself and comes out and pieces up the "best" boxer of the last decade. While the "best" boxer of the current generation only took this fight as an easy way out of facing real challengers.... only to find out he isn't even good enough to beat the rookie.

Typical boxing tbh...saw this with Canelo vs Bivol, Joyce vs some dude from China. Rollie vs an 80 year old man etc.

How long have you been waiting to say that , Francis just does Francis things. Old man Silva beat a druggy* Chavez jr. but failed was playing too much imo against a former YouTuber boxer. What Francis did is so different he had the champ afraid to engage in his first boxing match and dropped him landed some combos. Francis did great.

I think he was expecting to really have an impact on Francis in the clinches, but he got fucking embarrassed several times. Thrown across the ring, pushed to the ground, lifted... I really think he expected boxing clinching to have an effect on an MMA champion. I actually think he had a few rude awakenings tonight.
This was his biggest problem in the fight. Whenever Fury gets in trouble, he can always one-punch-and-clinch his opponent to death, sapping them by just being bigger and stronger. Wlad Klitschko used to do it too. Ngannou is strong af and could match Fury in the clinch.

I'm reminded of Conor struggling everywhere because on top of being outclassed, Floyd is legit stronger than him, which Conor didn't expect.

I agree and am happy about it.
Fury is very tall and heavy, but to think he'd outmuscle or put his weight on Francis was just dumb. Maybe he was that rocked

That makes a hell of a lot of sense when you put it like that.

Ngannou won, if you disagree please quote me and explain. I'm not that tired, I saw everything and I think he should have won
I just got watched it back and Francis won or draw I’m torn. Who was in danger Tyson more so honestly a draw is fair but either way they thought this was a game. Francis isn’t concussed. Leave it up to Francis to once again just over perform.

this is the real life Rocky I if you think about it
Rocky just wanted to make it to the bell. He got killed.
Francis out boxed, out punched, out powered, outclinched Fury. And he exclusively boxed. Fury threw an elbow lol
