Holy fuck this is a ripoff, down to the font. Everything looks like it was just taken from horizon. This is more blatant than Palworld.

Damn, that's pretty bad. At least it's just some random mobile game. As long as they make the main character sexy enough people won't care it's a ripoff like Stellar Blade with Nier Automata.

There's a very evident Last of Us ripoff on the switch store too in the same vein

Sony came out and said they will support Light of Mortiram. I guess they aren't Nintendo lol. Probably for the best, it would get Guerilla involved and it would harm Sony's relationship with China. Also, now that we've seen gameplay it does look quite a bit different gameplay wise. Personally, don't think it looks that great. I'm way more excited for Horizon 3.

Forgot to post a video clip yesterday I'd stamped for the krew of Kadokawa actually courting Sony to captain the ship, not vice versa. Now, all over and an easy find.

Here's a read from our sister-site at PlayStation Lifestyle. Excerpted:

FromSoftware parent company Kadokawa Corporation has reportedly been pushing Sony Group towards a purchase, according to a new report. We first saw speculations last week that Kadokawa set the stage for a Sony acquisition to fend off a hostile takeover from foreign companies, including South Korea’s Kakao Corp. A fresh report by Bloomberg partially backs up these claims.

(...)

Though Bloomberg’s report mentions that Microsoft, Tencent, and Kakao have all expressed an interest in Kadokawa, it stops short of confirming that Kadokawa wanted to fight off a foreign entity in favor of the local Sony Group.

Established in 1945, Kadokawa is an anime powerhouse with a library of over 100,000 novels and comics. The company previously dismissed suggestions of an acquisition, but with its founding members gone and it being publicly listed, Kadokawa doesn’t seem interested in fighting off any offers going forward.

Interestingly, Bloomberg claims that news of a potential acquisition pushed Kadokawa’s market value up to $4.1 billion, making a deal with Sony more difficult than it was just a week ago. Additionally, offers from other buyers are also a possibility, so what happens next remains to be seen.

Yikes if that’s true the internet better stop crying about Sony getting them. Any of those other three would be far worse. At least with Sony you know they’d polish the games up very well prior to release

And there’s a prior working relationship there from which they produced one of the all-time greatest games. I’d be over the moon to welcome From to the PS family and so should anyone who cares to play deep, high-quality titles.

Power outrage at my house the other day around 12:00am. Fired up my PS5 to play in the morning and found it in Safe Mode. It’s forcing me to reinstall PS Software via USB. Sucks!

Anybody had the error code CE-112838-3, went to buy the new sonic for my daughter and keeps saying something went wrong and spits out that code.

Even resetting the entire console did nothing.

I did some googling and someone mentioned this quick solution having helped some despite it being for another error type.

PlayStation is officially on Bluesky if anyone cares.

Bloodborne is trending for Sony using a shot from the game as a thumbnail for the 30th anniversary video.... but no announcement of a remaster/remake...and fans are pissed after being baited.

It's shocking how so many didn't learn from a remake of Final Fantasy 7 being baited for over a decade that that's exactly what Sony is doing again.

I bet, at the latest, a Bloodborne remake/remaster/sequel will be a PS6 launch title at the latest.
