For anyone who plays UFC5 online its now been added to the list of games on PS Tournaments

I honestly bungle these terms all the time. Can you break down the difference for me again?

It’s on the list, wrapping up the platinum for Penny’s Big Breakaway. Then going to finish up Rise of the Ronin. I also have to finish Dave the Diver. I put a few hours in and it’s honestly amazing. If you have some time after you finish Tunic I highly recommend giving Dave the Diver a chance if you signed up for Extra. Addicting gameplay loop and there’s a free Godzilla DLC that seems to be post game.

Will definitely be checking out Dave the Diver and Pennys big break. Both of those look really fun. Plus, I’m a sucker for Godzilla.

Do you have the sword? Tbh, I didn’t even know how to upgrade until I had a ton of upgradables. So I was roaming around extra squishy for a while. Honestly, those sewer guys are a pain. It’s much easier to bait them out of the water so you can dodge them.

My best piece of advice is to venture everywhere. If you’re stuck or it’s a little difficult, head out and take another path. And as far as paths go, check every nook and cranny. You’d be surprised at the amount of things you’ll find walking around every corner in every section. There are literally TONS of hidden little paths.

Oh and if you haven’t gotten the item in The Old House location, I’d suggest you find the key and head in there. Very helpful!

State of play is usually shorter and features more third party games. Showcases are longer events and focus on first party studios and sometimes have hardware reveals.
 
Man…. I almost threw my controller in frustration. Wrapping up pennys big breakaway and one trophy requires you to beat the last stage in under 4 minutes and 30 seconds. You can barely make any mistakes. I was going beat it after an hour of failures and it bugged out on me during my fastest time yet. Got stuck entering a tube. Fucking hell, sometimes I ask myself if it’s worth it lol

Not sure its gonna work the way they want it too, PC players more like likely won't buy a PS5 and will just wait it out for ports

Trophy-hunting is a blessing and curse, lol. Feel you. The ping of a tough trophy popping hits like a Lotto ticket, though.

Agree. I think the day and date PC presence for live service titles makes sense but anything else destabilises the brand. PS launcher, PSN account creation, and all that should be a thing if moving away in mission from a dedicated device.
 
The new stuff being added to PS Plus that's the PS2 games is using the new third party developed emulator by the looks of it
 
I'm going to list all of my predictions for this evening's State of Play. There should be 14 games in total so I'll made 14 predictions and come back here to see how I scored.

PS5
1. Concord
2. AstroBot
3. Destiny 2: The Final Shape
4. God of War Ragnarok PC

Third-Party
5. Until Dawn Remake
6. Silent Hill 2
7. Resident Evil (Either 9 or one of the other rumored Remakes)
8. Sonic X Shadow Generations (Probably going to get a release date since it was first revealed at the last State of Play)

PSVR2
9. Behemoth
10. Metro Awakening
11. AstroBot Rescue Mission Port (Could be just wishful thinking but still so upset we haven't gotten this on PSVR2)

Indies
12. Vampire Survivors (Still no release date, right? Could get one here and maybe as an Extra title)
13. Lost Soul Aside
14. Anything from the India Hero Project

I tried to make the list pretty safe, I really doubt we are going huge reveals here. I think that will be later in fall when they reveal the PS5 Pro and 2025 lineup.
 
Wonder if the rumored Lego x Horizon title is shown here
