No lol, the latest update just triggered a controller update and I’m super thankful I just have to turn the next one on in the rotation and can update immediately.

Absolutely worst design feature in the world. If you have a significant other, I guarantee you that they can hear that beep if they're 50 feet outside doing yard work.

Seriously nothing worse then my wife falling asleep on the couch and me slowly grabbing the game controller only for the beep to wake her back up.

To us, that beep represents a good time. To others, it's an alarm that keys off on a possible disappearance for a few hours.

I barely notice it as well it doesn't bother me. My wife on the other hand, it's basically an alarm to come interrupt my game time.

What did you end up running with, bud? I know it's pricey but I can't recommend Edge enough. It's completely done away with my hand strain and is the best controller I've ever had. Built like a truck too.

I got the ExtremeRate it's much cheaper than the edge but it's a pain in the ass to assemble.
