Multiplat Official Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Disc

I bought the first one but never played it. I probably should.

Yes you should. If on PC, get the unlimited saves mod.

Yes, PC. Thanks for the advice!

YW. I always suggest playing a game vanilla, or close as possible to it, but that's the only one I really felt was essential. It's too easy to lose an hour of progress because of some abrupt chaos.

Combat is really clunky at first, and you're weak AF, but once you level up a few important skills/perks and get the hang of it, it's so much fun. It's best one on one, and doable against more, so long as you kite enemies. However, it always falls apart in large battles, but it's hilarious at least.

A couple of combat perks to get as soon as possible (train with Bernard/fight as often as possible too to get XP) are Headcracker and Clinch Master. Headcracker lets you stun enemies, opening more shots, and without clinch master you'll always get dummied when enemies get close.

There's so much more to discover in the game, but the save anywhere mod and those two perks will make things less frustrating.

Enjoy the ride man, there's nothing quite like it.

I started it on PC seemed good but I only got through the intro section and never went back. It was on sale on console I got the PS5 version but man the FPS is killing me don't think I can do it.

Livestream of the first 3 hours of gameplay with the Devs on CohhCarnage YT channel. It looks absolutely epic!!!

I've been playing the first game and damn is it good. If the second one is this but better I can really see it being GOTY.
All the reviewers I read or watched who got early access to give first impressions last week literally said it's more of the same but completely diald in and improved upon.
So yeah, I'm pretty stoked for this game.
Review embargo lifts on Feb 3rd, game releases on Feb 4.

I like that they streamlined the combat a bit without making it too easy. Seems like there are a bunch of QoL changes as well. Looking forward to this.

I’m seems there is hardly any hypes toward this game … monster hunter wilds is coming in one week tho !

I don't see a lot of marketing for it, but I run so many adblockers. It's #12 on Steam's top seller list, so that's a good sign.

If reviews are great, I'd expect a big surge in sales once embargos are lifted.

I kind of hate the idea of an open world slowing adding stuff over time because it feels like I'm not getting the full experience right away. I much prefer DLC practices that add to the end game. A good example would be Nioh 2. Once you finish the game the DLC just serves as more stuff to do with a high level character. Same with Elden Ring , Doom , etc. That's always how I prefer my DLC because it doesn't take away from the main campaign for day one buyers so I'll probably wait it out

That's a damn good trailer.

This game is surely going to be awesome, just hope it's awesome day one. First game took a while to be relatively bug free, so hopefully they learned from experience.

I'm crossing my fingers when review embargos lift. I want to know as little as possible, just its state of playability/performance.
