So? I've seen some reviewers go into deep dives into movies that had potential but ended up completely failing.

The question is if you have the interest & attention span to listen.

Those Rockstar software engineers better be working their magic, on at least a performance mode.

But keep in mind Rockstar still hasn't optimized Red Dead Redemption 2 for the modern consoles and to run at 60FPS.

A consistent 45FPS mode may be an acceptable middleground.

R* is hyping this as their biggest map ever (they mention it on their website I think). I was super disappointed with the size of 4's map, and then V's was good for a while, but it wasn't long before you realize just how small and boring it actually is. My dream has always been for a GTA game to have a map that's as big as Just Cause 2. But it doesn't seem like that's ever going to happen. Even if VI is 2x bigger than V, that's still 1/8th the size of JC2. I guess the saving grace is the map looks really interesting based on the trailer and supposedly 70% of structures are enterable. So.... we'll see how it ends up. I'm optimistic.

Probably my favorite shot of the entire trailer. I'm gonna be exploring every inch of that water.

The Just Cause maps were huge, but filled it alot of nothing.

But with R* in charge AND the advancements of technology, I see no reason why you can't have a Just Cause 2 sized map that's ALSO as detailed as VI will be. With AI and whatnot, and ~10 years from now (GTA 7), they surely can do it.

That wasnt what that was.

It was this attack on "wokeness"

Aint nobody (who isnt a LOSER) got time for that

Seeing as it took 3 gens for GTA 5 to get a 60fps mode I'm not holding my breath, if anything there maybe a 40fps mode as that seems to be an acceptable solution in the last few years for some games

Sounds like you didn't bother to listen to the entire review, since you don't have time for that.

You prejudged it based on who gave the review, the movie it was of, and figured the moment he mentioned 'wokeness' you tuned out.

Or you listened to Hasan Piker's review of his review.

haven’t played a GTA since San Andreas, but if VI looks as good as the trailer suggests, i’ll 100% pick this up when it releases in 2026 or 2027
Honestly, I think SA was probably the best one. I didn't like IV at all. I found it to be quite boring and drab. V was a lot more fun... at first. But then it turned out to be pretty meh. SA was fantastic.

I'm actually kind of excited to play as the chick. First thing I'm gonna do is see how many pieces of clothing I can strip off.
<{jackyeah}>

Its that stupid fucking name, Im Xbox all the way but I still havent bought a new one cause Im not exactly sure which is which and what they even do
Did we learn nothing from the WiiU!!
Same here. I have the console that came after the 360 but when someone asks me which one it is I have to Google it because I can never remember what it's called.

SA is the best GTA... but its aged like milk.

And GTA5 takes place in 'Los Santos' GTA's parody of Los Angeles, and since GTA4 had two expansion campaigns there was hope that GTA5 would have had two expansions... two entire new cities added to GTA5's island...

*San Fierro
*Las Venturas

But that didn't happen, either because it was never planned (then why make GTA5's city Los Santos?) or because plans were canceled because GTA online was already raking in the billions of dollars in microtransactions.

Can't say for sure, but I have a gut feeling GTA5 was supposed to be the first of a GTA5 trilogy.

Of course I didnt.

I dont got time for that,or reviews of reviews.

Personally dig gta IV most

Niko was hilarious as character

Didnt like V that much, just didnt hit me
Same. Lets Go back to Liberty City while im still alive plz

I'm sure there'll be bicycles in the game as I think they've been in every game since at least SA. But I hope they add skateboarding and roller blading. I saw a few places in the trailer I would love to try and skateboard.
