I really want a second bloodhound fang but not sure I want to put in the work to get to the dlc point by 6/20 if I start ng. May just mess around with my sorcerer.
 
I just learned that in the DLC I can be my favorite class of character.

A martial artist. In Neverwinter Nights co-op with a buddy of mine and his friend. They looked at my fighting Monk for a PvP rating and mine was at "impossible."

I can't WAIT!
 
So I had to laugh at an inadvertent death I had tonight which never occurred to me was possible. I was on Mount Gilmer riding Torrent about to use the air current/vortex thingy to jump up to fight the Fallingstar Beast before the Volcano Manor, but I was facing away from the cliff side when I jumped, so instead of landing on top of the mountain for the boss fight I was launched the wrong fucking direction and fell to my death in the gorge. I had no idea that could happen. I laughed for a good ten seconds at the shear shock about what happened.

Once you git to a certain level of gud you pretty much just chuckle at the deaths because you already know what went wrong and how to avoid it next time before your body hits the floor, or you and torrent hit the gorge 2 miles below hah!

I just got past the beast again and usually take the ladder; just enough room to summon before walking close enough to aggro it
 
Coming across so many random encounters and discoveries still. Maybe I’ve forgotten some but I had put 200 hours into the game before this last play through so it seems unlikely.

Like most gamers, I just discovered soap is actually useful which was cool.

I had the same experience recently, the western portion of it iirc.

Also @Law Talkin’ Guy I had a hilarious new experience the other day on my 4th or 5th run. Had come to the mausoleum that shoots out the massive blue magic streamers and got dieded, dropping enough runes for a level (about a million at this character level).

Went right back but distracted myself chopping it down and didn't go right for the runes.

Welp, took the big oaf down RIGHT ON MY RUNES and was no longer able to pick them back up! Just had to laugh at myself

I recently learned I could use Mohgs Shackles to operate the traps in dungeons
