Been trying to get a no damage win over Malenia. I made a back up save before the fight so have been practising all week. Finally got the timing for my quickstep to dodge Waterfowl Dance at close range which has proven invaluable.

Today i managed to beat her taking only one hit so the no damage victory shouldn't be too far away.

I've also started a new character as a Samurai so i'm gonna get no damage wins over the bosses i missed or failed to do so in my first playthrough. The late game hasn't been much fun so it's nice to go back to a time when i really enjoyed Elden Ring.

Thank you my dude. A few times where i lost my nerve but generally it was a nice active fight.

Felt good to Quickstep those close range Waterfowl Dances 3 times. Can't thank the guy who discovered that enough.

Glad you enjoyed the fight, man. Probably about 6 or 7 hours worth of attempts before i got this one.

Let Me Solo Her is still God compared to me, though. No way could i do it as consistently as he does. I was pretty shocked when i watched his 1000 Malenia's stream and saw that not only could he bleed but he got killed a couple of times. Still pwned her the other 900+ though lol

And here I am can’t even beat her on my own, always need cooperators.

I'm just replicating what i've seen other people do. I wouldn't say i'm that good. Some moves and strategies are my own but for the most part guys like Ongbal, Esoterrick and Let Me Solo Her etc have shown everyone how it's done and i'm grateful to them.

I absolutely murked them first try somehow most likely out of sheer luck. I thought they were by far the easiest boss fight then I was shocked when I saw people having trouble with them online lol.
