My friend told me it was on the best sale it had seen since launch on the Xbox store. I thought he meant PC, but I went to check, and I saw the game isn't available at all via the Xbox app for PC players. That's when I remembered he's on Xbox, duh.

$41.99 for Standard Edition or $55.99 for the Deluxe Edition. Feeling left out.

Had my Brother drop me another Bloodhound Fang. One at +9 and the other +6.
Took out Stormveil no problems. Doing the bird farm quest now.

I started using two Twinned Knight Swords after the Bloodhounds... the DPS is just insane.

Surprisingly, yes. You have to do things in a specific order and have to be very careful about progressing but it's possible.

Elden Ring has absolutely crushed God of War 2 in GOTY awards. So far Elden Ring has won 105 GOTY awards, God of War 23, Immortality 3 and no other game has over 1.

I found Elden Ring to be a step back from the greatness of Bloodborne and Sekiro, but as a longtime From Software fan, this pleases me greatly. Happy for all the fans of Elden Ring and very, very happy for From and Miyazaki.

Can an average gamer pick this up and play it?

I generally don't have hours and hours per day to game but will play for a few hours at the weekend if I'm not working.

It does look incredible.
