I mean, I understand WHY it happens.

But like you said, the garbage players probably represent 95% of any shooter so the vast majority of lobbies will be competitive for low skill players.

And the entire game was marketed as a skill-based take on the stale BR genre. But it's slowly crumbling, and that sucks. They took a great concept and now their smashing it down to be more fitting so 7 year olds can have slightly more fun.

It's just frustrating for me. I love the game. I haven't invested so much time in a game in probably 10 years.

I truly hope Season 3 plays better than it sounds on paper.

I should have been using the G7 all along. It got a slight buff but jesus it SHREDS. If you can land your shots, it's a monster.

Unfortunately, I did 900 damage against only two teams with no kills. <Lmaoo>
 
Is it just me or does this new map seem massive compared to kings canyon? Lots of multi level buildings, and areas the size of skulltown
 
65% since the update came out,running around 6mbs-12mbs so yeah this drives me nuts some times...fuck you bell.canada :mad:

It feels the same size. Maybe even slightly smaller when I'm in the drop ship.
 
And apparently they aren't fucking around with quitting.

My team broke off and landed way too far away so I left a ranked match and now I can't play shit for 5 minutes. What a joke.

Just got my second dub. The double tap g7 is insane, def need more practice with it though.
 
I just bought that legendary Crypto skin with the red suit with my crafting materials. So sick :cool:

Lotta bad Cryptos so far, but played with a couple really good ones.

The gun baubles/charms. The hell were they thinking?

That double tap tho. Eva 8 = Eva gr8

New map feels smaller but has more levels, so to speak. Quite vibrant.

Dunno about the elemental looking skins and the flying loot drones. Very Fortnite, as well as it looks like you’ll be able to change your drop smoke.

Train is chaos and fun.

Seeing more people melee instead of shoot. Friend of mine has a touch of the meleeitis.

Code:Leaf has made it’s return.

The different "smoke" is reserved for people who made Diamond and Predator in ranked. It's been around for a bit.
 
Enjoying the new map. Haven't tried Crypto yet. I like that there are more respawn becons.
 
How dumb can people be WTF!

I was champion of the round.

Random chose to drop with everyone and their mamas i get dropped like a sack of potatoes seconds in,1 other squad member is death banner instantly so i go hide in a corner while theres a huge battle going on around me...Pathfinder rushed revived (such a surprise!).

I get revived then ran off(no loot i was dropped instantly) the pathfinder gets dropped and finished after i left him looting like an idiot,ran a full circle with Octane while i had 0 loot 0 health i am just forrest gump at this moment.

Got the one dudes banner who was murked seconds after dropping then i just went right on through a god damn battle like its nobodies business,now my other squadmates banner was in a building where 3 squads are all over the place shooting each other up.


No joke! These guys are all over this building i ran up on one guy fighting it out with another who comes running outside the building,just run by those 2 get the 2nd banner in come guys through the back door shooting each other up i give them a thumbs up as i casually walk by them....Next thing you know im still no health no weapons but fully recovered these fucks.lmao


So next battle i am all alone giving everyone hell on earth end up being kill leader some how,while i get dropped my mates are no where in sight one of them just goes on a looting spree while i am being finished.

They get my banner but just loot while the storm is coming by this time its 4 squads left,these dumb fucks die in the storm while looting the entire time.

I haven't played since Tuesday. Might give it another shot since they apparently adjusted the loot table.

Had 5 or 6 games where I landed in cities/areas and didn't find a single gun in multiple buildings. Hopefully they fixed that.

Also the first ring just appears on the map instead of closing in from slightly outside the playable area, which is a BIG issue.
