It's great!

When people know what in the BLUE HE// to do!!!!!

Dropped in today, one guy gets downed and quits ASAP! The other guy drops NOWHERE NEAR the train and starts looking for loot!!!!!

I get on the mic and say "Hey bro, we have to take over the train to get the win..."

He tries to snipe from a MOUNTAIN about 1 KM away. I get downed 3X and I bounce.

First time I ever quit in an Apex game.
 
The event challenges are dumb. It says I need 5 top 10's or something. But if you win it doesnt count. I played twice and won both matches and it didnt even count toward the challenge. Not that I care that much about it because my BP is already maxed but its just another thing respawn smokes crack about. Like dude, a win is still top 10 lol. Dont punish me for being good.

Top 5 in just the Play Apex/Ranked mode, not the train mode.

Respawn hasn't been the best with indicating how to actually do some of their challenges. I kept trying to "get the party started" in the train mode until I figured out it was in the regular/ranked modes.

I've also knocked a fresh Octane by only doing 69 damage while not knocking a fresh Wraith by doing 105. Something isn't lining up with the numbers on my screen and any damage I'm supposed to be doing. I've also made contact with people and done " " damage. I've spectated people and seen them do " " damage. Played with people that can't seem to hit Pathfinders. Seen a lot of lagging Lifelines.

The audio in this game is fucking terrible too. No one needs to hear their characters or other party members characters talk every 5 seconds. The banter is too much. I also seem to hear my party members or dupes' footsteps better/louder than enemy's footsteps.. If I hear my enemy moving at all. I've had my party wiped because people have ZIPLINED right up behind us.
 
I forgot about the leave penalty in ranked because I haven't played in so long.

Dropped two and then got dropped. Team ran away, so I left the game. Penalty. Gives me time to post on Sherdog.
 
12kills,3k damage with Caustic last night while rolling with @Strychnine and my 11yo son :cool:

They both had like 3-4 kills,+1k damage.


Had them perched up in that little tower near Overlook while i was spotting on the ground,when i needed to heal up id go up to them then also drop my gas so noone would rush.lol

Man everytime during a heated battle we were all calling out and hitting the same dude,so everyone was dropping like flies until the very end.

Last 4 squads im surrounded by 4-5 guys with the storm at my back (literally),im lighting up everyone getting the best of them for sure.

Was a mexican stand off but i came out on top boys!! some how some way!

It WAS most def a damned mexican stand off i survived and won the match.

After that match I was yelling, "How in the world did you pull that off!??!?!" over and over! Before I died, I saw @Mohawk Mauler getting shot at from above, in front, on the side, and one guy coming in from the rear. By the time it switched over to spectator mode...

"YOU ARE THE CHAMPION!!!!"

I fought and held position for as long as i possibly could all i was thinking "im going to get shot in the back,and lose this match running to make circle" lmao

But nope! Merry Christmas!!

I'm a day late and have abandoned this game, but Merry Christmas to my boys still grinding it out!

Same here with MW! got it as a digital copy to game share with my oldest but either of us have been playing much lately.

Apex is a love/hate relationship i cant seem to pull myself away from it,especially lately running with my son and strych it has been hella fun.
 
Even later than @BEER here, but Merry Xmas, Apex bros!

Now let me grouch about this ridiculous match I was just subjected to -

I got paired up with these two daredevils. They drop us in sensibly, giving us a chance to get equipped. Get a vault key, run halfway across the map, ignoring a nearby firefight to loot the vault. I follow, though a way behind. In trying to catch them up, I realise we're heading to a second vault, which we also loot.

So we've ran all over the place, all gold and purple gear, and haven't fired a single shot in anger. Then these two are fired on by another squad. I'm still a bit behind them at this point, so that squad don't see me. I start sniping at them, distracting them.

Foolishly, I had expected my teammates to assist. Nope, turns out they used my distraction to carry on running. I'm quickly killed between two other squads.

I then watch my inspiring comrades ignore all combat, and hide as long as they can for each round. Ending with the mind-blowing stats you see above.
 
Sup everyone, pretty much just downloaded game today and started playing, there was big NO for me joining this game because of robots, flying, jumping and everything opposite of PUBG.
Any tips are welcome, how to get new legends, playstyle, doing mostly with randoms, loot etc
Got 2 very short videos of first kills, lemme know what you think for a guy playing this 4 hours in total FPP BR
