Heavy Bag

*I cut it short because I videoed myself and got anxious to watch it. I've never videoed before and I was curious about my technique. I was hoping for some critiques so I could improve without going to a trainer. I've always had a hunch that my technique is bad since I learned on my own. The heavy bag stuff is just for conditioning purposes and to have fun.
