You lift before work in the AM?

No, I just log in the previous night's workout in the morning while having my coffee. I typically lift between 7-8 PM on the weekdays. I lift in the morning on the weekends.
 
What did you think of The Wire, Season 2?

I liked it. I actually liked it better than Season 1, because Season 1 was hard to follow and a bit slow at first. My wife and I both REALLY like the show. I still think I like Sopranos better as of now. I watched the 4th episode of Season 3 last night. I hear Season 4 is the best though. I also hear Season 5 sucks.

A lot of people didn't likw season 2, I thought it was really good. The ending scene where Valchek gets the postcard of the police surveillance vehicle and says "Frank...you cocksucker" was such a great scene. So sad.

Season 3 is the best though, in my opinion. 4 was pretty good, and 5 was probably the weakest, but still good.

*I made a quick attempt at a 305 lbs Front Squat after this, but I didn't get it. Upon review, I should have. I'll go for it when I get my next 1RM on Back Squat. I have a feeling I'll be getting 375 lbs in 2 weeks.

I've got a belt on, but I've also put on a bit of weight. I'm at 190 where I'm normally at 180, sometimes down at around 170. I'm going to start losing weight in about 3-4 weeks. I'll probably have a weigh in photo at 190 so I have a comparison when I'm at 155.
 
Congrats! That PR squat went up pretty fast compared to most of your PR attempts. Good Job!

Well you may want to have a drink, because I'm pretty sure that I'm good for 375 lbs in about two weeks. I'm guessing you can't sleep due to the image of my wedgie ingrained in your head!
