Elections NYC mayoral race

No but if Mamdani had chose a white man we all know you wouldn't complain or even comment on it unless he was gay or some other kind of visible minority. Do you think I'm wrong?

And what is that belief based on given you seemed unaware of the qualifications of previous commissioners as well as the extent to which EMS calls represent the bulk of NYFD work?

So even though you concede that she has relevant experience it's still not good enough? You haven't addressed the fact that previous commissioners not only lacked firefighting experience, some lacked public safety experience in general. But somehow it's when the minority is hired that this becomes a problem? Surely you can see why that comes off as your singling her out for her identity when, according to your criteria, even less qualified applicants have had the job with less controversy. Why would she even need firefighting experience when less than 10% of NYFD's calls are for fires?

I'm being harsh with you but in all honesty your problem here is as elsewhere, you're led around by the nose by the algorithm and you don't 2nd guess it at all. It told Bonsibore was a DEI hire and the fact that she's an obvious butch lesbian was enough to convince you despite her relevant experience and how it compares to previous individuals who held that office.

Now, I've only read a little here so maybe I'm wrong. Maybe despite her many years of experience Bonsignore has below average performance ratings. Maybe there are internal communications showing that another more qualified candidate was passed up solely for diversity reasons.

But you're not appealing to evidence, you're basically appealing to her identity and nitpicking her resume while ignoring her relevant experience to act like its self-evident that Bonsignore is an unqualified DEI hire. That's obviously not convincing to those of us who aren't down the algorithm rabbithole of anti-DEI content.

This has nothing to do with an algorithm. I saw an AP post about his pick and when I read about the fact that she wasn’t a firefighter or had any experience with that aspect of the job, I thought that was very odd. I didn’t even realize she was gay at first because the article didn’t have a picture of her. All I read was that she was replacing a 37 year
Department vet put in place by Adams. Now, when I went digging, I saw that Adams also made terrible picks including a guy that came from the security field and his former company generously donated to Adams’ campaign, so to no surprise, that seems like he bought the post-so of the two, he is definitely less qualified. I don’t care about Adams one way or the other.

You can disagree all you want, but I believe that her being gay played a very big part of this posting.

NYC Mayor Mamdani's Tenant Director, Cea Weaver...

G97mA26WYAAhcOj

She tried to delete her X account, but it was too late; people captured her racist Communist bullshit.

Here is more from her.

"We'll transition from treating property as an individual good to a collective good. Whites especially will be impacted." - NYC Mayor Mamdani's Tenant Director, Cea Weaver:

Thing is, the reality check is gonna come to that alien looking bitch. What do they think they can really do here? Seize people's properties?

This is where all those commie talking points meet reality. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
They know exactly what they are doing since their failed Kamala Harris's Sanctuary USA, open borders, paying protesters to block Federal Iaw enforcement with Waltz as VP to continue his massive fraud.
The coming reality check of these clueless NPCs is going to be hilarious

WTF does “shared equity” even mean?

Her word salad clearly said white familes WILL be the only ones affected.

NYC Mayor Mamdani's Tenant Director, Cea Weaver:"We'll transition from treating property as an individual good to a collective good. Whites especially will be impacted."

1) His Deputy Mayor for Operations is Jewish (Julia Kerson)

2) You are complaining about DEI and advocating for DEI in the same paragraph.

3) He is not anti-Semitic.

One of his first acts as NYC mayor was dropping the adopted International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism, and dropping an order that barred city agencies from boycotting Israel.

In the past he's accused Israel of genocide, apartheid, and said he's arrest Benjamin Netanyahu if he came to NYC. And he's publicly said 'globalize the intifada' and refused to take it back when asked.

And the biggest piece of evidence he's antisemitic... Is he's Muslim.and was sworn in as NYC mayor with a quran.
I'll credit you that you are not ignorant of the teachings of the Quran about Jews, and Infidels in general.

This is the equivalent of a neo-nazi becoming mayor of Atlanta, swearing in with his hand on a copy of Mein Kamf, and his supporters claim "oh he actually loves Jews."

And your biggest counter-point to all of that is... 'one of his many staff members claims to be Jewish.'

Communist pos. Liberals really have no place in the DNC now. It’s all leftists and commie scum.

I’m sure they’ll keep their private property though.

Anti-Israel is not the same thing as anti-Semitic
In the past he's accused Israel of genocide, apartheid, and said he's arrest Benjamin Netanyahu if he came to NYC.
Yeah, because that's true, and Netanyahu is a war criminal.
And he's publicly said 'globalize the intifada' and refused to take it back when asked.
This is patently false
And the biggest piece of evidence he's antisemitic... Is he's Muslim.and was sworn in as NYC mayor with a quran.
Weird that so many Jews support him
I'll credit you that you are not ignorant of the teachings of the Quran about Jews, and Infidels in general.
I don't think you know anything at all about Muslims. I don't think you have had a conversation with a Muslim in your life

Lolololol holy shit what an insane thing to say

Yet ever anti-semite is anti-Israel.

The difference is when has the supposedly not-anti-semite ever praised Israel, and he hasn't?
Yeah, because that's true, and Netanyahu is a war criminal.
According to anti-semites & Islamic propaganda.
This is patently false
There's claims he used the term in private, and when asked about it he denied it, but refused to condemn it.

  • Initial Refusal to Condemn: During a podcast interview with The Bulwark in June 2025, Mamdani was asked if the phrase made him uncomfortable and declined to condemn it, arguing it was an expression of Palestinian rights.•• He also stated on "Meet the Press" that "that’s not the language that I use" but added, "I don’t believe that the role of the mayor is to police speech."••
  • Later Clarification: In response to backlash, Mamdani later clarified his position to a group of New York City business leaders in July 2025. He stated that he would not use the phrase himself and would "discourage" others from doing so.• He explained that while some use it as an expression of solidarity with Palestinians, he acknowledged that many New Yorkers view it as a reference to violence against Israel.•
This is politispeak for 'I'm a politician so I cannot say it, but I can support it.'

Weird that so many Jews support him
Yeah, just like the black community calling black Republicans 'uncle toms.'

Jews are like any other group, and a portion of every group are fools.
I don't think you know anything at all about Muslims. I don't think you have had a conversation with a Muslim in your life
I have a few former Muslim friends who are now atheist.

Quran 4:89 This is the most frequently cited verse used to argue for a worldly punishment for apostasy.

"They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allah. But if they turn away [i.e., refuse], then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper."

Take a guess what the Quran instructs for Muslims to do with Infidels.
Lolololol holy shit what an insane thing to say
And you have nothing of substance to say in response to that, because it's true.

No one really takes you seriously, Ares.

Your posts defending Zohran in this thread are another reason why.

Yeah, she also seems like a solid choice. Definitely seems to trend in mamdani’s claims that he will govern for all.

Yet ever anti-semite is anti-Israel.
Everyone with a conscience should be critical of Israel
The difference is when has the supposedly not-anti-semite ever praised Israel, and he hasn't?
Why would he praise an apartheid state that is committing genocide?
According to anti-semites & Islamic propaganda.
And every human rights group in the world, and international law

In your opinion. What nhbbear said is still patently false.

Many of them have a conscience and aren't gullible puppets

Sure you do

Let's start quoting the Bible, shall we?

No, it's absolutely absurd

Tell that to the people that voted me 7th best Poster of the Year.

Checkmate!

Anyone who hates Zohran is an absolute clown. Facts.

Everyone with a conscience should be critical of Israel.
*Based on antisemitic/Islamic propaganda.
Why would he praise an apartheid state that is committing genocide?
Calling them an apartheid state is antisemitic propaganda.
And every human rights group in the world, and international law
Run by anti-semites, obviously not taking into account Israel was at war with Hamas. With every accusation of Benjamin Netanahu there's always inconvenient facts left out.

And LOL at 'international law.'
Do I need to bother going into the 'international laws' that were broken by Biden & Obama.
International law is a punchline because they're only mentioned against world leaders the person doesn't like.

No one cares about the 'international laws' violations by Maduro, JinPing, or the Jong Il family either, and apparently no one cares about them being arrested and tried for their 'international crimes.'

And the rest of your post is just pure delusion not worth responding to.

'International law.' Good one. Legit made me LOL.

Because you are a deeply unserious person.

I dont think Mamdani in NYC ends well. But if somehow it does it chsnges politics imo forever in the USA . It will start poping up like weeds everywhere.

Delusion on your part.
Delusion on your part.
And commiting war crimes against civilians
Which requires direct targeting of civilians.
Hamas hides amongst civilians pooulations, disguised as civilians.
Many/most of the 'civilian casualties' of the Hamas was were Hamas members, just like most of the talking points you parrot are from Hamas members in Gaza posing as journalists.

An example of those inconvenient facts that destroy your narrative.
Lol you don't even know what antisemite means. You are not a smart man.
Everybody knows its someone who's hostile or prejudice of Jewish people.

I'm sure you'll post some revised definition attempting to change what everybody knows what it means, to claim that anti-semites aren't anti-semites.
And Trump, and every US president in recent memory. Doesn't make it ok.
It makes it irrelevant.
By people like you
To everyone who isn't delusional.

See above.
Because you are not a smart man.
I'm not a delusional man like you.
Because you are a deeply unserious person.
Unserious people constantly claim their political enemies violate international law, yet never question why the international police never arrest them, international charge them, hold them in international jails, bring them to international courts, in front of international judges and international juries, and give them international sentences in international prisons.

Am I being flippant with you? Yes I am.
Because international law is only enforced upon world leaders by more powerful world leaders with the desire to enforce it.

And you're the type of ignorant/delusional person that will question why Zohran won't bother to attempt to arrest Benjamin Netanahu when he comes to the UN, despite his claims Zohran will.
And you'll site 'international law' afterward, as if it holds any significance.

I dont think Mamdani in NYC ends well. But if somehow it does it chsnges politics imo forever in the USA . It will start poping up like weeds everywhere.
I don’t think it will change much. Lots of big money in NY and they aren’t going to let their little puppet fuck with that

Oh, where to start….

First, he did say globalize the intifada and then defended it by claiming that it means struggle or to shake off while the merriam-Webster dictionary specifically defines it as : an armed uprising of Palestinians against Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The first two intifadas led to thousands of deaths. Multiple wars have been fought with the leader yasser arafat having terrorist ties and just happened to be a billionaire.

I have had conversations with muslims but what the fuck does it matter who has and who hasn’t? The religion is easy as fuck to look into with everything from the evils of sharia law to child marriage and terrorism which definitely invalidates anyone who claims it is the religion of peace.

This guy is a radical piece of shit. He was caught lying about post 9/11 fears featuring his aunt whom he claims was afraid to wear her hijab on the subway-meanwhile, multiple legitimate news sources including msm noted that his aunt never wears a hijab and has not been to nyc and lives in Tanzania.

Then there’s his association with cunt hair hassan piker who praised 9/11 attacks and mujadin snipers killing US soldiers and also praising the hamas attacks on citizens-and on that subject, mamdani claims he “mourned the losses on both sides” and states that civilians shouldn’t be targeted indicating to me that he is fine with attacks on Israeli soldiers and government. I still laugh at his claim that he will arrest Israeli pm on an international warrant that the US doesn’t even recognize. He’s a fucking clown as are you.

Hasan Piker interview

In April, Mamdani sat for a three-hour interviewwith popular Twitch streamer Hasan Piker, who has repeatedly called Orthodox Jews “inbred,” compared Israelis to the Ku Klux Klan, and defended Hamas’s massacre at the Supernova music festival during the October 7, 2023, onslaught, in which Palestinian terrorists killed hundreds of Israelis and committed widespread sexual assault. On one of his shows, Piker told off a listener who condemned the massacre, saying “Bloodthirsty violent pig dog, suck my d***.”

This fucking clown also had a “rap career” where in one song, he praises 5 convicted “non profit” workers who donated 13 million dollars to hamas and collected donations of over 70 million-yet reported only 36 million so they could line their pockets while funding terrorism.
