well yes and no. he can absolutely decriminalize certain things within NYC city limits. should the state or fed want to pursue, they absolutely can and would likely win a battle with the mayor on city law, if it got there. on petty crimes like prostitution or possession of a gram of cocaine, the state wouldn't waste funds in court.

so you recognize poverty exacerbates crime and you're still surprised incredibly expensive places to live have high crime rates? not only that, but you also refuse to recognize that curbing the cost of living would inherently reduce crime?

So exactly as I said, he doesn't have a say in whether something is a crime, his only say is in enforcement and punishment for those crimes within his jurisdiction. Thanks for playing.

Do see Zohran's name on his own goddamn twitter account where he specifically supported it, fought against any changes in the state assembly, and then added his list of crimes that should be added or not enforced at all? What's the point of this stupid shit where you pretend someone didn't say or support something just to defend it anyway? If you support it, just defend it in the first place instead of trying to buy yourself more time to come up with a defense.

My point was that the progressives and their ideologies do not jive with middle America. These loony toons turn people off. "People steal because they are hungry and steal bread"....from AOC as NIKE and Louis Vuitton is getting looted. Things like putting tampons in men's rooms, legalized shoplifting, men in womens sports, is more than just bad optics. It pissed people off so much they were willing to vote for Trump AGAIN. Throw in "There is NO problem at the border" and it was a lock.

As I've said there's good reason to be critical of Mamdani but Chris Cuomo comes off unhinged there, if anything he's went full MAGA in that rant. I get his brother lost a big race that he seemed almost sure to win but for G-d's sake compose yourself.

I grew up an 1.5 hours away from San Francisco. Going there with family and friends was amazing for the views, food, shopping, bars, entertainment. Some years ago, I worked for a company that had it as their West Coast base and I got to fly up from SoCal 3-4 times a year to work and... party... great company. Now, the city is wrecked. That unique, beautiful vibe that you enjoy with New York, I enjoyed with San Francisco. We don't even think about going there. It's a total shit hole. The Left has ruined it completely and the same is coming to New York if the Left has it's way.

That’s because it’s the direction he’s going in. He’s been getting closer with the guys at PBD podcast. I think he realizes he’ll never be as big as he was on national TV so the next best thing is to warm up to MAGA since their audience seems easier to capture. Oh and he’s super salty his bro lost.

I checked it before. The statement is real. He shouldn’t have worded it that way. If you look at the document it showed how luxury condos and coops don’t pay as much taxes. It was somewhat unfair and unconstitutional. People living in poor areas pay more taxes than those in rich areas
