I was no fan of Adams either. His pick imo was based on campaign contributions which is no less disgusting than picking a leader simply because she is a female lesbian in a complete dei pick.

But his picks are full of radicals, several Muslims, few white males(every one of them worked under deblasio) , and his transition team is six women and his deputy mayor who is Lebanese.

His pick to lead schools is a Jamaican born dude named kamer whose primary focus is to integrate schools-ie send inner city kids to suburban schools and suburban kids to inner city schools which sounds like an absolute nightmare getting these kids to schools that may be far away for each child and they want to end the gifted and talented program because it’s racist-but I am sure suburban parents are thrilled that their child will be sent to a school in the inner city where they will be in the minority and easy targets for the thugs in the school.

His pick to run health is a female named Helen-who is obese, with a white guy to lead council who was under deblasio and specializes in immigration defense and another guy named ramzi kaseem

For his chief of staff, he picked a Lebanese deputy mayor under deblasio and his right hand woman is a democratic socialist member that managed his campaign

His other picks were almost all female and almost all of some ethnicities or world under ultra liberal deblasio
Some dude named sherif soliman, a woman named shamila, a dei appointment specialist that also served under adams and deblasio, some dude named Ahmed, a woman that is hated in the real estate world because she does what he has stated he will do-force any property sellers to first have to offer the property to non profits and the city, a democratic socialist named Julie su,

The dude he chose to run the judicial board of nyc is a Pakistani whose primary focus is making sure that juries will look like the people they represent-so some more dei in the justice system because we all know that’s what’s most important-that you have 30% of your jury white, 20% black, 17% Asian, and so on. He is also very much in favor of restructuring policing away from “traditional models” and ensure that they pursue a progressive policing model.

Now, I am not saying ketanji-brown isn’t qualified, but there were tons better options out there but he only chose to narrow his scope to only a black woman.
