Dirtsheets are saying it takes time for those trademark contracts to be finalized where WWE can use the already trademarked Ricky Starks name for media created during the time he's employed by them.

Since they debuted him less than 24 hours after his AEW contract ended they didn't have time to finalize the name rights.
