Breakfast: Shake.

1C Siggi's Skyr (thick icelandic yogurt, grass fed dairy)
~1C unsweetened almond milk
2 raw azuluna eggs
2 scoops no carb vanilla whey isolate
1 dash cinnamon
1 splash vanilla extract

~4g fish oil, 2 cod liver oil pills.

1 low carb monster at the office.

Lunch:

6-8oz wlid caught shrimp.
~1.5C steamed broccoli

Fried up shrimp lightly in 2oz kerrygold butter and dumped it all atop the steamed broccolli.

I should note that I was in an extremely bad mood until I ate this, I assume due to the lack of a significant amount of animal fats over the preceding 16 hours or so. Or I'm just a bitch.

Ate ~1oz kerrygold dubliner before training.

Training: JJJ. Knee was a bit pissed at me for doing some light grappling, but it felt good to do so.

Dinner:

12oz wild caught sockeye salmon. Baked that bitch up and hit it with a tiny queef of montreal and a drizzle of lemon juice. Fucking glorious.

Training: nothing.

Breakfast:

1 Breakfast wrap from my favorite local place. Vegetables, eggs, cheese, and sausage in a wrap. Scrumptious.
1 Banana nut muffin.

Lunch:

I was in no way hungry by lunch time after the wrap and muffin, so I just had a couple ounces of kerrygold dubliner cheese.

Dinner(~9pm):

1 small chicken quesadilla.
1 teriaki chicken kabob.
some home made guac with a few black corn chips

4.5 pot brownies (crafted by a master) and 5-6 sam adams imperial white ales.

This was ill advised, I was high until about noon the next day.

6/5

Training: None, JJJ canceled, good thing because I was still high from the night before.

Breakfast: Sleep, gloriously marbled with dream-filled reverie.

Lunch (~3pm):

4 azuluna eggs
2-3 oz kerrygold dubliner cheese
1 nice dose montreal
~4 tablespoons organic salsa

Scrambled eggs and cheese in grass fed ghee, topped with salsa.

~4g carlsons fish oil, 2 cod liver oil caps.

Dinner (~8pm): Wedding reception

1 plate of: Some creamy chicken breast, roast ham, scallops and calamari, and a huge slab of roast beef. Took all the meats and left the rest.

2 pieces of wedding cake, best cake I've ever tasted.

~6 southern comfort and diet.

Training: Nothing, traveling. I can't wait for my split life to be over.

Breakfast:

All meat omelet, glorious.

Lunch: Nothing.

Dinner:

Pork burrito from whole foods and some snazzy italian soda some HOT little broad managed to sell me on at a little stand in an aisle. Soda isn't in my diet normally, but if you'd have seen this glorious little sexpot pixie, you'd have talked to her and bought soda from her, too.

Yep, weekends usually don't offer me much time to post, or eat properly, these days. After I move in a few weeks that should change though.

Yeah weekends are really rough for me. Generally I run out of food by then. And in the the summer time, we always have parties and shit to go to. Like this weekend; my fiancee has her birthday party this Saturday, and then right after that's over, we head out for another graduation party. Then the next weekend is another graduation party, and father's day cook off.

Always chaos.

No idea, I've toyed with the idea of weighing myself, but body composition means far more to me. In this regard, I'm disappointed, and am a bit distant from where I was at the end of last summer when I got my last rank in jujitsu and had been running my ass off 5-6 days a week and training constantly. I went slovenly over the winter, lifted, and got bulkier.

Life has been to hectic to really be on point, but it's getting there, and after my move into the wilderness and all that goes with it I will be getting all Rocky Balboa in my garage/the countryside, and eating like a caveman should.

Yeah, I'm a body composition person as well... Weight is generally irrelevant.

Breakfast: Shake

1C Siggi's skyr
~1C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 raw azuluna egg
2 scoops no carb vanilla whey isolate
1 liberal dash cinnamon
1 squirt pure vanilla extract

~4g carlsons fish oil, 2 cod liver oil caps, 2 extra strength aleve

1 low carb monster at the office

Lunch:

4 azuluna eggs
~2.5oz kerrygold dubliner cheese
1 good dash montreal

Scrambed eggs and cheese in 1 tablespoon grass fed ghee.

Dinner:

4-5 skewers teriaki beef, ~1C pork fried rice. Was on the go in a strange town after watching a judo club train, semi-near what will be my new home town in a few weeks. I was decidedly unimpressed, I assume it was due to it being either an off night (one of their instructors wasn't present) or just because its a rural club that doesn't do a shit-ton of randori and doesn't compete often. I'll likely watch/assess again to be sure.
