I forgot what I did to warm up, def some light cleans

Had to cut workout short, friends arrived.
Weekend-4th - Recovery stuff, light bench with 135, shoulders and arms stuff, face pulls, RDR, empty bar work for lower body, about 90 minutes worth over 4 days
