W/U - UB thicker band, bw squats
Bench Press: Belt on work sets, belt needs to be a notch tighter. Bad shoulder/biceps pain in both arms. Supposed to be 345x4, would not have hit 4th. Was aiming for 4 sets of 3 with 325.
