Thanks. Nothing for weightlifting, I have not been to FDU to train with my coach since before the new year. I have had some ankle issues and have been going to physical therapy to ease the problem. I am thinking of doing a PL meet or this crossfit kind of thing at the end of April, but am undecided. Definately going to try to do a PL meet in NJ on August 11.

Between my 1st and 2nd set with 255, it took a 5lb. plate off of my loaded barbell went to a mirror and did some strange dancing thing with it. If the dance happens again I will try to record it.
