I was stuck in traffic today listening to a medical talk radio show and it was all about spine health. I decided to call in for the F of it and I asked him what he thought about deadlifts. He said lifting in general is good but when you get up in weight it can be detrimental...especially if your pelvis is off tilt and especially when you get older you will feel the effects...he went on for 10 minutes. The guy runs a spinal clinic. That being said, i'll be doing them tomorrow.
