Goals & Gains Nothing to see here.

Compared to when started this log last year, I have gotten pretty chunky. Starting weight back then was somewhere around 93 kg (98 in the beginning of april 2025), although leaner. Right now I'm sitting at around 114 kg in the AM. Will probably be restricting my calories from the 1st of July onwards...drop some pounds by the end of the year. Feeling okay still, so maybe I will try to grind to 120 kg/270 lbs as long as I keep making training progress the way I am right now.

Weights feeling really good and progressing at least 5 lbs per week, no pains or aches whatsoever.

Last 2 years have had lots of up and downs for me, making it difficult for me to constantly go to the gym. Keep procrastinating after work and other personal matters, but lost some 25 kg since june, so got that going for me. Also, all the trash talk and weird characters on sherdog make me come and go, hence why I post almost nothing despite lurking for years and years <lol>

Current form is probably still okay compared to the average joe, but I feel a lot better than at 260 lbs.

Have a good day

I lost 8 kg was 120. Well keep it up and have fun. You don't gotta post a lot, lurking works too. Yeah a lot of characters, I also get in the whack often too. It's very good for our english to read sherdog. Stay healthy.

Freundliche Grüße

Good job. Looking good. Whatever you're doing is working.

Try to get in a routine even if that means lifting a couple times a week and maybe doing something quick at home here or there. It's not about being perfect. I try to make it as easy as possible. I have pull up bars, bands, various gadgets etc...you can knockout a set of chin ups in under a minute and if done to failure that's a workout in itself.
