Who said Mueller missed something? I think once they get the info from the report that'll be that.

Anyway, Mueller was a Democrat shill according to Trump and his supporters the whole time.

Jerry Nadler this morning. Don’t worry, they’ll get to the bottom of it.

Can't obstruct justice for a crime that was never committed.

...
After hearing multiple experts point out you can be guilty of obstruction of justice even if not charged for the underlying crime (see Martha Stewart), I can safely conclude you got your law degree from a Cracker Jack box.

lol You looking up the meaning of a word on wikipedia thinking an attorney like Mueller doesn't know how the word actually applies legally?

lol

Definition of exonerate
transitive verb

1 : to relieve of a responsibility, obligation, or hardship
2 : to clear from accusation or blame

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/exonerate?src=search-dict-box

You don't have to be convicted to be exonerated.

True but you can’t convict someone of obstruction, for example, if there was no crime to obstruct against. o_Oo_Oo_Oo_O

You and all the libs are now left grasping at straws here.

It's over, Johnny.

Just want to re-visit the statement :

"The Special Counsel states that ‘while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.’

Exoneration occurs when the conviction for a crime is reversed, either through demonstration of innocence, a flaw in the conviction, or otherwise. (per wikipedia)

Trump hasn't been convicted of anything, has he?

So Mueller is full of shit in that regard and Barr is just "playing along" humoring that viewpoint so as not to appear to show favoritism toward Trump.

I can imagine Barr rolling his eyes to the heavens when he saw what Mueller concluded. lol

Naw you are just too dumb to understand what you read.

The legal threshold to convict is very high. Particularly when a Prosecutor cannot compel the POTUS to answer questions or indict him.

IS anyone dumb enough to think Al Capone did not commit mob crimes? NO. Well maybe some of the dumbest people in this thread would say so. But still they could not convict him, despite lots of evidence. They had to get him for tax crimes. That does not mean it was PROVEN he did not do mob crimes because they could not prosecute and convict him.

I want the dumbest of you to read that last paragraph 5 times just so you understand what point it is making and that point is just because they cannot prosecute or convict you does not mean you are innocent.

And that is clearly what Mueller (not Barr) says. And until we see how close Mueller got to thinking he had enough to indict and pursue this argument will remain partisan circle jerks.

Pro-tip: There has to be an underlying crime in the first place.

Mueller not finding anything is worse from Trump than him finding something? Dude I honestly think you need to get some some mental health care or something.
Be smarter.

Mueller NEVER said he did not find anything.

So make shit up elsewhere.

Trump-Russia inquiry: President 'did not conspire with Russia'

"The summary of the special counsel's report released on Sunday "did not draw a conclusion" as to whether there was any obstruction of justice, either.

It states: "While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him".

However, the attorney general says this does not amount to an offence."

Hi, how do you feel now that I’ve been right since day one?

Had you just listened to me rather than banning me from your safe space, you’d have saved yourself the embarrassment.

No, you're not a lib, you just want to hand the white house over to the democrats.

You don't even have a political affiliation, you want to burn the whole thing down because a guy said 'grab em by the pussy'.
No, because he's an amoral, lying, narcissist.

I've finally realized TDS is for real, the last few days a brought irrefutable evidence.

Who the hell cares if Trump is likeable or not?
His agenda is conservative and this is all it matters.

- conservative judges
- fighting illegal immigration
- pro gun rights
- against abortion
etc.

Do you vote for the opposition? Then, I guess you are a leftist.
What about corruption? You're willing to put blinders on and just focus on those points?
