Sorry, no paper plate, no plastic fork/knife, sweet potato instead of white rice, i mean what else could go wrong, but the clams casino was pretty good, and the sauteed mushrooms and perfectly med rare filet mignon seared in brown butter was pretty decent. I ran out of Ketchup too.

Temp looks solid but he's hiding the fact that he didn't get a good sear with those sweet potatoes.
I'm guessing too much water in the pan or too much butter too early prevented the sear.
