That's a steak worthy of steak and BJ daySorry, no paper plate, no plastic fork/knife, sweet potato instead of white rice, i mean what else could go wrong, but the clams casino was pretty good, and the sauteed mushrooms and perfectly med rare filet mignon seared in brown butter was pretty decent. I ran out of Ketchup too.

It was pan seared in brown butter, the sides didn't get very much color. The top which is covered with mushrooms got some browning. I have actually been likeing more of a light baste with browned butter instead of a hard sear. I am not sure why, I guess my taste buds have changed, and i just like more tender meats. The steak looks steamed but I'd eat it with ketchup

Needs plastic cutlery but does look like it could be rice over on the left so that's something.Sorry, no paper plate, no plastic fork/knife, sweet potato instead of white rice, i mean what else could go wrong, but the clams casino was pretty good, and the sauteed mushrooms and perfectly med rare filet mignon seared in brown butter was pretty decent. The mushrooms really made the steak to be honest. I probably put more effort into sauteeing them, then browning the steak, lol.I like a nice crust on a steak, but eh, I still wood eat
