Sorry, no paper plate, no plastic fork/knife, sweet potato instead of white rice, i mean what else could go wrong, but the clams casino was pretty good, and the sauteed mushrooms and perfectly med rare filet mignon seared in brown butter was pretty decent. I ran out of Ketchup too.

It was pan seared in brown butter, the sides didn't get very much color. The top which is covered with mushrooms got some browning. I have actually been likeing more of a light baste with browned butter instead of a hard sear. I am not sure why, I guess my taste buds have changed, and i just like more tender meats.

The mushrooms really made the steak to be honest. I probably put more effort into sauteeing them, then browning the steak, lol.
