I've worked on/around countless commercial roll up doors. In all these years I have never seen an actual noose used for a pull down. Seems curious.

and i don't know the context, but suddenly everything's deemed "white supremacist," (ie: the george floyd bullshit, where instead of being about police brutality, we get race riots). i think it's lame that alllll kinds of shit are being called such (2 clowns on sherdog called me a white supremacist the other week), regardless of its even close or not. meanwhile, other forms of racism are running rampant and not only do few care, if it's brought it up's either dismissed or worse - justified with racist nonsense (ie: 'i can't be racist, i'm ___________ [insert identity politics here, not even necessarily about race] ).

Indeed it is. I've worked on too many to count, in commercial settings, and have never seen a noose used. As a matter of fact I've been in trades my whole life and have never seen a noose used. Imo it is certainly out of the ordinary. Anyway that was my question, if you guys thought it was normal. You responded with a false equivalent and here we are.
