Why is he training out of Dallas? He has in the past?

He changed trainers last month, he trains with Derrick James now and that's where James is based. As far as I know this is the first time AJ has trained in Texas.

My thoughts exactly. The one thing i always thought AJ needed was more muscle.

Milan Prat just beat Abel Mina for the WBA intercontinental belt at 154 in Hamburg. Nice counter left hook KO2.

Prat isn’t exactly perfect, especially from a defensive standpoint, but he can hit pretty hard and his hands are fast when he lets them go. Arguably the best French boxer today.

This is just the KO. Mina actually had some success with the jab in the first few minutes, he went for the 1-2 but overcomitted in the right and the left hook caught him flush.
