The air has finally been cleared:

Regarding the whole thing with Ronda and Floyd not knowing her....
it's all been cleared up. Floyd's boy Peanut never even got photos of Ronda to Floyd.
Floyd admitted all of this recently in a quote. Floyd's boy Peanut hasn't even denied any of this. Floyd said that it wan't until a few months later when his boy Peanut finally brought a photo to him to show him who Ronda was... and that if his boy Peanut WOULD have gotten the photo to him earlier he never would have made the "I don't know him" comment.

Floyd's boy Peanut really dropped the ball here. I mean, that's why Floyd even hired his boy Peanut.... so that his boy Peanut could stay on top of stuff like this.
Floyd admitted this himself, saying that most of his time isn't even focusing on boxing but his own finances.... and that jobs like this fall on the shoulders of guys like his boy Peanut to keep him in the loop.

I mean, Hopkins can probably beat Abraham at this point seeing the pathetic point these fighters are at, but he's too old to be fighting at this point. He's so far gone from having to prove himself in any capacity that it doesn't make any sense. As someone who is a massive fan, I hope he never fights again, but if he does fight again, he can probably beat Abraham because Abraham would always be a reasonably easy out for Hopkins (in his prime, Hopkins would probably shut him out).
 
I don't really get why Hopkins gets to keep throwing himself into big money titles shots. Because he's old? Fuck off and retire already.

See this light grey area over here? That's premium brain area there, Shane; book writing brain. And that patch just below might be the best brain we've seen. I mean this whole thing is just really, really - like my associate said - just top notch stuff.
 
I totally picture Mosley with a mortarboard on as he tells that story.
 
that Mosley quote is wonderful. I've always thought modern boxing has been lacking the memorable one liners of the Ali and Tyson eras ... that right there just smashed it.
