His trainer renee gracie is 6 foot 3. And brian is much shorter than him

When are you guys going to realize, the entire manlet thing is a sherdog thing..no where else in society do people feel that way...a guy who is 5'8 is not a manlet...that's pretty much normal height for a guy. NOt to mention the fact that these so called manlets, would not only kick the ever living shit out of you, in under 45 seconds, they'd take your girl while you lay there bleeding...

When you look at Brian Ortega, there is no way he's 5'8, you don't think manlet when you look at him.

He looked at least 6ft in there with Frankie

Also like the fact that he sleeps on the floor, Super humble dude and money didn't change him

Edgar is like 5'6" so Ortega is likely around 5'9".

Maybe he was 5'8 when he started MMA in his early 20's and grew an inch or so?

Also Frankie is probably like 5'5, so 5'9 vs 5'5 is a pretty big difference.

I thought the same thing when I saw his listed height...Keith Thurman in boxing is another guy who I thought was like 5'11-6'0 and he's 5'8 too.

he is 6'3" but they measured it right after he cut height to make the weight. he's usually 5'10~5'11 on fight nights.

I met Ortega during the UFC 200 fanfest, Ortega was a nobody at the time. I told him I was a huge fan and he told me, "awesome man, whats your favorite fight?" and he got me because I was bullshitting and couldn't name one fight of his off the top of my head. He was a nice guy though and really talking to people who went up to him because nobody really knew who he was.

I was relative taller than him him and am only 6'0, can imagine how small Frankie is. Ortega looked like Jon Jones in there with Frankie.
