Usually they don't, no - but I do remember hearing a Chuck Liddell interview where he said he used to lie about his reach being shorter than it was, and then he'd try and surprise guys.

I'd say Ortega is 174-176 cm. So 5'8 and a half to 5'9 and a half.

Oh yeah that's pretty common. Boxers have been lying about their reaches for 100 years now lol. Fighting is a tricky game.
