Weili Zhang is a Shuai Jiao practioner. She trains Shuai Jiao, Sanda, BJJ, but before that she trained a traditional style of Kung Fu (Shaolin, i think).
No, ShuaiJiao it isn't Kung Fu, but there is techniques used in Kung Fu styles.
It's a modern fighting style, it wasn't ended in 1800's. There are official competitions nowadays.
ShuaiJiao has some similarities with Judo (some of techniques like Koshi Guruma in Judo is the JiaboRu in ShuaiJiao), but has some differences too (in modern rules of Judo is prohibited grab the legs, like double or single legs, but in ShuaiJiao don't).
