Holy shit. Where have you been for the past 6 months or so? Still lifting?
Vulcan is going OK. I still suck, but I train it regulary and its progressing so and so.
 
My uncle died, then I hurt my back in a non lifting related accident, and just lost the drive. I was doing stuff here and there but nothing on the regular. The last few months I have been training again without a belt and it has helped me. I missed some of the guys around here so I thought I'd come back and start another log and post in that for shits and giggles.

Crazy sore in my erectors, traps and lats from deadlifts. Feels like someone took a chainsaw and cut my lower erectors into pieces. Not good.

I got chalk, it was just real slippery that day. Most notably the thighs when deadlifting.
