No Rest for the Weary

The first girl's name is alexandra bring, some swedish "fitness" blogger.
 
Bodyweight squats and other exercises its good. When doing some weighted squat, it doesnt hurt, but it still feels tight and "impinged". So I dont want to do free squats yet.

Hip still snaps, and glute activation is a little better I think. Also teh glutez has gotten sore after every box squat + lunge session so far.

Didnt expect a PR at all. I went in and hoped for a good 130 single. But 140 went up, it wasnt pretty, it would never pass in a PL meet - but I got it.
Teh alltime PR was 137.5. After I did that I lost a good amount of strenght. But before sheiko I decided to move my grip closer and I remember that I failed 130. So this felt great, as you can hear in the video :P

Hopefully ill get some kg's out of MM2K. I will also eat more
