Still some rounding, but overall a good day.
Went down 20 for the block pulls. They felt pretty fast.
Grip was tired, so strapped on.
Almost failed the last two bench sets. high reps suck

I've always been the opposite: high-rep work for the bench is easier for me, but I'm awful at heavy singles.

Yeah, Im not too good at repping with the bench press. With squats and deadlifts my form will breakdown and I can allow it more and still continue grinding out the reps.
But when my bench press form turns to shit, its over. lol.

Not a very good day. Bench felt harder than it shoukdl. Allthough the second round was easy. Squats didnt feel good, 185 sets were hard.
Brutal squat session overall.
I wanted to give standing rollouts a try, and I failed the first two.
Then I put my balls on and went all the way down, and I bounced back on my knees first and then rolled up.
Not sure if this is how your supposed to do it, but its better than what If done before. Good stuff!

The 195 singles didnt feel too great. Grindy, but ok enough I guess.
The second round of squats felt good.
Bench was easy.

 
All these doubles and triples (and singles) with sheiko look like a lot of fun.
 
Yeah. Its pretty cool to practice the big lifts over and over again for low reps, so that your technique stays ok. Some might find it boring, but I like it.

Not a very good session. My left wrist hurt, so my bench seemed a bit crooked, which messed up the bar path, and shit just didnt feel good and right today.
