I use a pair of straps as collars, so that the weights wont shift to the side. Which it tends to do when I dont use it. :)

Really strong pic selection here lately (except for that uber-mediocre upton chick that you keep reposting, but I guess to each their own). If it weren't for no-porn-january I'd be "further investigating" into most of those girls right about now.


Just in case you miss it:
You should look into those cork heel things. I remember discussing with you about not being able to get good front squat depth without shoes with raises heels but not being cool with paying for oly shoes just for your front squats. These worked great for me and you can get a thicker pair if you want to.
