The calc i use put you at a teoretical max of 219 so go hard and do it by x-mas :)

Thanks. Yeah, ive checked out those calculators, but I dont really believe in them that much. I will go for a max before the year ends, not sure if I will do it before or after x-mas. 220 would be great, 227.5 would be awesome. happy with a nice looking 215.

Tried to add a 10 plate on top of the 25 plate, but that didnt work and both slipped out and made a huge noice.
Tried some standing halfway rollouts, and my left hip snapped like crazy, felt like it subluxated. And a while after, my regular hip snapping was gone.


Good enough sessions, those squats were hard as hell, but got through them.

but srs, i dont know, maybe. The depth ive hit has been questionable, but I feel alot stronger and comfortable at heavier weights than before.
