Thanks freeski, the bench is a bitch at the moment, but I blame it on my bw not increasing. When i benches 100 x 3, right before my vacation, it was a perfect day, full of energy, no school, alot of sleep and food, I was weighing 82.5 kgs, now im around 78kg. Maybe just a poor excuse, but ive heard that your bench usually goes up, when your bw goes up. Ill go with some push presses next week and do some benching on low stress day, if I feel like my bench is good again, ill switch.
Thanks Gierrod, that saturday was just really bad, + my back wasnt feeling so good, ill hopefully get 180 x 3 next sat =D ill try the tape thing, tho.
