I know. I just get really pissed the 5 minutes after i miss some reps, after that, I cool down and realise that patience is the key.
I think I will deload the bench, but I dont know if there's any point, as I will most likely end the program in 4 weeks, then try texas Method!
I really hope I get the 140 squat. We'll just wait and see.
