One hand pinch, When I used 25, I simply took a 20kg metal plate and a 5kg plate and pinched them together. I used to do 2 hand pinch, but my left thumb hurts when pinching :icon_evil I blame my crappy boxing

Been busy with exams these last two weeks, so little updates. I just had a deload week, tried to continue with ortmayer routine, but failed again (god damn it)
my hip started hurting too, so i quit the session.

So im scrapping that idea of doing deadlift volume programs and will try to deadlift more by deadlifting less - lots of assistance, no heavy pulls.

Benching tomorrow, then squatting on friday.
I will also start to do some conditioning and get more jacked. The weather has never been this good in march up here in the north, so it'll be "fun" to get out and sprint some hills :D

Fun fact: I do these (glute bridges I think?) every session. Gives a little pop in my sacrum/low back (I suspect it's my SI joint but not sure). Makes my back feel great.

I don't look half as good when I do it though....

CONDITIONING
jog (walk fast to hill), found a sweet hill. Ran it 10 times, got tired went home.
