I just had to drop in and let you know that, sadly, you weren't awarded the New Year JauntyPoint. Like the other candidates, you were highly deserving, but this time you happened to be up against Keosawa, and the Committee felt that Keo just couldn't be denied. I hope that not being awarded the JP won't cause you to sink into a slough of depression, give up on life, end up homeless on the streets, and then either join organized crime or run away and join the French Foreign Legion (something that has been known to happen). Thanks man. True, but If I would compare myself to the average guy, I would probably stopped lifting a while ago.
Fun story, I talked to my friend who just got into strenght training, he obviously wants to be jacked and have muscles. I said that I focused on strenght and told him my numbers after he asked me. He told me, why do you need to lift 200kg, your never going to be in a situation where you need to lift 200. Lol, so I told him, If I can lift 200, imagine how easy 100 feels :)

Had no school today, so had some good sleep. Woke up and went to a local electronics store, where you could test the PS Vita. Its a great console, I think I played it for 3 hours with no breaks, lol. Def. going to buy it. Came come, really tired, fell asleep an hour on the couch, then training;

A little hard and unusual at the start. Felt better as I went on. Last set was really solid, did it paused. Changed grip every set. Need to work on staying tight and keeping my body staple + unracking the bar faster and with more power. Considering its workout 11/12 it felt good

Did some max reps. got up to level 8 or so, pretty weak. Left hand was way down, lol. Did some light pinching as my thumb hurt. And some extensor wrist curls, then playing around with the gripper for a couple of reps. Love it!'

Shoulder feels better, still hurts when doing certain movements, especially when I supinate my hand while hand is fully abducted at 90 degrees. weird.
Most likely wont bench tomorrow, but you'll never know

So I managed a +7.5kg increase, not bad for 4 weeks of work, but would of loved to hit 300. bw is roughly the same.
Fun fact, when I did MM2K and Add50 bench I also added 7.5kg, both times, lol.
Tried overhead press, but shoulder hurt so I quickly stopped.
Hammer curls are awesome, im going to keep them in my program.
