No Matter How Many Ways I Look At It, Circumcision is Wrong

At the end of the day, what is happening is the removal of a baby's body part for basically no reason.

"Cleaner"? Never would a woman be asked to remove body parts to appear "cleaner".

Reduces sexual assault? Who knows. Maybe sexually assaulting 500 million babies is worth it. Ask your pastor.

Increases the population by hypersexualizing boys? Yes. But that seems bad. Why do it. Advance society instead. Create better drugs. Do something, anything, besides hacking off body parts

At the end of the day, we were created the way we are for a reason imo. Unless it is truly, medically required, I don't see why you would have to chop something off. I argued this with several people who either came back with religious reasons or "cleanliness" reasons which have been debunked over the years.

I think if someone wants to do it once they are old enough to make their own, thought out decision about it, go for it. To subject a baby to it is ridiculous imo.

Its some white man thing to do.
Real women like a nice uncut cock.
Not some bald headed dick with no character of its own.
Women love to see the pecker, slip down his turtleneck, and come out to play.

Most girls I’ve been with said they thought uncircumcised dicks look weird. I’m kinda glad mine is cut.

Thats cause they probably spent some quality time watching porn and thinking thats how a normal penis looks. Europeans think differently. European docs also disagree with the "getting cut is better" practice. I believe them over the our "as seen on tv" culture club.

It's been years since I saw this. Sherdog loves genital mutilation and tipping threads, it brings all the boys to the yard...just the tip pun intended.

Lol... try again . Must be fun being clueless ;)

Circumcision is prevalent among 92% of men in North Africa and around 62% in Sub-Saharan Africa. In western and northern parts of Africa it is mainly performed for religious reasons, whereas in southern parts of Africa it rarely performed in neonates, instead being a rite of passage into manhood.

The rate of circumcision in Muslim nations is between 90 and 100 percent. This includes the Christians who form a significant part of some Arab states.

I mean the very first people to do it were ancient Egyptians. Ethiopians . Aboriginals etc.

It's a white man thing to do <lmao>

The Jewish Metzitzah b'peh where a rabbi performs fellatio to apparently suck the evil blood out of an 8 day old baby is certainly cause for concern.

Indeed.. should be completely abolished and called for what it is. Child abuse

How many penises would you say you looked at before arriving at that decision

The frenulum is like a weaker version of the male clitoris, being circumsized has to reduce the strength of orgasms.

How the fuck is it legal? Outside of religion if a guy puts a child's penis in his mouth that's paedophilia, right?
I have no idea honestly.

No anaesthetic as well. Imo the parents should also be up for ca

COMPLETELY. I wonder if anyone's actually sent the law in during the process? How do you justify having a baby's penis in your mouth?

Comes from Abrahamic tradition. Or at least the modern promotion of it relates to it. May have learned the idea from some other culture but generally thought to have originated in Egypt area.

Abraham was commanded by God at the age of 80 to cut off his own foreskin and that of his sons.

Cuckoo shit, regardless.

It started before the Jews entered Egypt.

Yes, God commanded Abraham to circumcise himself, his sons and for all males to do it henceforth.

But, why?

Circumcision is derived from man wishing to separate himself from the realm of the beast.

It comes from both shame and theatrical hubris of the religious mind.

A swing and a miss.

Genesis 17

1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.

3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,

4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.

7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

9 And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

10 This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed.

13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.

14 And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.

Joshua 5

1 And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, which were on the side of Jordan westward, and all the kings of the Canaanites, which were by the sea, heard that the LORD had dried up the waters of Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.

2 At that time the LORD said unto Joshua, Make thee sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time.

3 And Joshua made him sharp knives, and circumcised the children of Israel at the hill of the foreskins.

4 And this is the cause why Joshua did circumcise: All the people that came out of Egypt, that were males, even all the men of war, died in the wilderness by the way, after they came out of Egypt.

5 Now all the people that came out were circumcised: but all the people that were born in the wilderness by the way as they came forth out of Egypt, them they had not circumcised.

6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD: unto whom the Lord sware that he would not shew them the land, which the LORD sware unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that floweth with milk and honey.

7 And their children, whom he raised up in their stead, them Joshua circumcised: for they were uncircumcised, because they had not circumcised them by the way.

8 And it came to pass, when they had done circumcising all the people, that they abode in their places in the camp, till they were whole.

9 And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.

But, this changed with the New Testament. Jesus established a new covenant that freed believers from the constraints of Mosaic law.

Concerning the first issue, New Testament Christians are no longer under the Old Testament Law, and circumcision is no longer required. This is brought out in a number of New Testament passages, among which are Acts 15; Galatians 2:1–3; 5:1–11; 6:11–16; 1 Corinthians 7:17–20; Colossians 2:8–12; and Philippians 3:1–3.

As these passages proclaim, being delivered from our sins is the result of faith in Christ; it is Christ’s finished work on the cross that saves, not the observance of an external rite. Even the Law acknowledged that circumcision alone was insufficient to please God, who specified the need to “circumcise your hearts” (Deuteronomy 10:16; cf. Romans 2:29). In salvation, the works of the flesh accomplish nothing (see Galatians 2:16).

You’re attempting to rationalize crazy, with crazy.

All Abrahamic tradition is lunacy. Man will be free of the shackles of insanity when he tosses the last vestiges of this oppressive fairytale to the dustbin of history.
