First time I hear about this stuff. Had to google it. That is some serious shit

Fentanyl is roughly 100 times more powerful than morphine. Crazy...but then you read about this, ohmefentanyl:

"The 4"-fluoro analogue (i.e. substituted on the phenethyl ring) of the 3R,4S,βS isomer of ohmefentanyl is one of the most potentopioid agonists yet discovered, possessing an analgesic potency approximately 18,000-fold greater than morphine.[9] Other analogues with potency higher than that of ohmefentanyl itself include the 2'-fluoro derivative (i.e. substituted on the aniline phenyl ring), and derivatives where the N-propionyl group was replaced by N-methoxyacetyl or 2-furamide groups, or a carboethoxy group is added to the 4-position of the piperidine ring. The latter is listed as being up to 30,000 times more potent than morphine."

30,000 times more potent than morphine. I don't know how people don't die just from being in the vicinity of it. Must have to handle it like it's those VX pearls in The Rock with Sean Connery and Nicolas Cage. Breathing in particles of it in the air could probably put you out, or god forbid some touched your skin... Hell, I don't know how these drug dealers are even handling (in a literal sense) the fentanyl without killing themselves.

Well, Botox is one of the deadliest know poison and is 500.000 times more potent than cyanide. They still inject it to people and nobody ever died because of it, it's all about dosage and location.
