Mario kart 8 Deluxe is the best selling game on Amazon so far this year and already outsold Zelda...
and the hits just keep on comin'!...![]()
a bit off topic, but right after I finally found a Switch, I pre-ordered Mario Kart on Amazon. Apparently Amazon couldn't fulfill all the pre-orders and a lot of people got delivery dates of mid next week. I was pretty disappointment that I was in the late delivery group, because Amazon has a release date delivery guarantee. What sucked the most is no one knew the game would be late, because they didn't update to a delayed shipping status, until the game was released.
So Amazon goes above and beyond, by giving Prime members who pre-ordered the game a extra month of prime, on top of a $10 Amazon credit. They also secured more games and sent them via 1-day shipping. Amazon has the GOAT costumer service.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is so much fun, had a blast playing with my buddy last night while having some beers. Haven't played a MK game since the N64 one, but I'm glad that the core gameplay has barely changed and I didn't feel left behind.
Bought a Yok steering wheel 2 pack the girl at Gamestop recommended and I'm glad I did. Initially I didn't plan on using the joycons to drive, wanted to use the pro controller. The steering wheels were a lot smoother and more fun than I imagined. We ended up only using them the entire time.

I was delighted the first time I played Tumbleseed on the Nintendo Switch.
You play the game by raising or lowering both sides of a screen-length, horizontal bar with the system’s two analog sticks, and and you can feel every roll of your little seed. When that seed picks up speed before banging into a wall — which probably means you lost control — it feels almost as if there are physical objects rolling around inside the system, especially if you’re playing portable mode. It’s a game that values small movements and precision, and that is telegraphed through those rumbles.
How the hell did the team do it?
MK8 is so good. Loving Renegade Roundup.
Hyped for NBA Playgrounds next week.
Of course the guy playing sucks ass
