Yeah well i didn't know they were losing money on it, but my god its still expensive if you wanted to get a basic used Wiiu

$200 for instance right now for a used 8gb at gamestop, thats insane.

I'm just saying that Nintendo isn't greed oriented.

If I was the emperor of Nintendo I would have marketed The Switch as the evolution of the 3DS...

...and in the meantime, the next "proper" console would have been soooooooooooooooo basic.

As in...HORSEPOWER FIRST, (and I know, then aren't in the hardware business like XBOX and SONY, but whatever) and.............................that's that.

Oh, and R & D would be at the fore in order to entertain the idea of said console being MODULAR........................as in, linking systems together to play certain bleeding edge future games that require it...................

I don't know about that. Sure, they mess up big time with with tabletop consoles but they've reigned supremely on the handheld market since the very first generation, destroying whatever competition they were up against at the time. The fact that the 3DS is a huge success despite how smartphones took over is pretty impressive in and of itself imo.

Small numbers of stuck or dead pixels are a characteristic of LCD screens. These are normal and should not be considered a defect.

I know I will come off as another Nintendo defender, but that's a normal policy for most companies that make products with LCD screens...

My LG monitor requires something like 12 dead pixels to warranty, Sony wouldn't warranty both my PSP's with 4 dead pixels, etc.

I don't buy shit from gamestop i'm not a fan of used tbh, just using that as a example. The way i see people treat their electronics makes me cringe which is why i just buy new.

I mean, it's expected that some launch issues are going to happen with the technology itself, like games crashing and whatnot, but that dock issue is a major one, and they better fix it fast.
