Nighttime Protein Shake

best protein IMO for weight loss is Protein+ from genuine health.

as far as last meal....blah...i wouldn't take a shake, rather just some cottage cheese with fruits or yogurt or just as is.
 
I do eat cottage cheese before bed, I just get sick of it sometimes. It also runs out much quicker than a large jug of protein.
 
Before you go to sleep eat some cheese which has good sourse of casein which will keep you good during sleep..
