News Nick Diaz out of Vicente Luque fight, Themba Gorimbo steps in on short notice

I dont think he looked as bad as people think

He threw 500 punches in 3 rounds.

The way Nick throws punches means he gets the numbers up easily without using much energy. Like, go watch his old fight against Scott Smith lol. Bro was throwing like 50+ punch combos haha. Once he gets going it's like he's doing boxcercise punches or something, but they land and chip away at people.

Always love watching that old fight. Just a cool, unique way to fight.

If Luque's fight against Buckley is any indication, I heavily favor Gorimbo

When he returns to fighting after the arson charge Nick has the choice between two walkout songs. Firestarter by the Prodigy or We Didn’t Start the Fire by Billy Joel. All pending how he wants to be perceived imho.

Damn man I hope Nick is okay....

This makes me respect Robbie Lawler so much more than I already do.

Nate actually has a family believe it or not.....

Gil and Jake were both on Jaxxon pod with Rampage and still were close and hanging out. The topic of Nick didn't really come up before Gil left except for when they were all fighting together.

They just did one with Gil were he diplomatically says that Nick is off "doing his own thing" right now.

I've always heard, "punch with your body, not your arms" which helps divide the effort and gives you more commitment, but it's like he punches purely with his hands. He pushes his fists forward with minor effort at any angle as if his arms don't exist, like he's Rayman

I imagine if you specifically train like that, you can be really energy conservative while still having volume
