You make a good point. There are superstar whites, but they usually aren't from America. Luka and Jokic are top 10 in the world, but not American.

Bermane Stiverne went 12 rounds with Wilder and he's no all-time great. There's a big gap between Fury and the next-best guy Wilder has fought (probably Luis Ortiz) so to claim no other boxer in history could last 12 rounds is like Rogan saying Rousey is once in human history, i.e., ridiculous.

Bermane Stiverne was virtually shut out by Wilder over 12 rounds in Wilder's championship debut, despite Wilder having never gone past 4 rounds before.

I don't think he meant that no one but Fury could take prime Wilder 12 rounds, he meant go 12 while seriously trying to win the fight and having a good chance of doing so, which is far less ridiculous (though iron-chinned pointfighting specialists like Usyk or Vitali could quite conceivably do it). But I wouldn't bet on Lewis or Wlad outboxing Wilder over 12 rounds without eating a right hand from hell at some point and being KO'd.

The four under a minute are indeed impressive. If this guy had been in Pride at his peak he'd have been fighting 4-5 times a year. What a waste of a career in U Fight Cheap.

People fought more often in pride because

1) PEDs
And
2) cuz they got paid so little so they had to fight more often. Notice most UFC slow down their schedule once they start making good money.
