Or, hear me out, they should let him sit so he doesnt die with only Polk and GOATmandre to throw to with an abysmal line. Sacrifice Jacoby (kneeling) in the short term so that you can better outfit the team for Maye in the long term.

Teams need to stop handling these rookie QB's with kid gloves. Get them out there and let them learn from actual experience. That worked for GOAT Allen. When they actually surrounded him with NFL players the next year he knew what to do with them.

I think you take it on a case by case basis. I think with Caleb he's ready to start. I dont think Maye or Caniels is.

Although I do think JaJayden is on a good enough squad where you might be able to argue otherwise. Drake Maye is in a situation as bad as Will Levis was last year.

Dunno how long youve been following my posts, but I also said Trubisky shouldnt start for a year and that Justin Fields isnt gonna make it into the NFL for a myriad of reasons. For some reason I'm more apt to develop QBs than most of the league.

I'm the one who said Josh Allen is gonna be the best QB in the league. The one guy I was wrong on was Lmr. He ended up being a generational RB.
